Our user-friendly meetings platform streamlines your pre-event planning, allowing you to save time, connect with key exhibitors, book meetings and organise your schedule effectively.

What do we mean by "Meetings"?

At its core, a meeting is a focused, 15-minute conversation between you and an exhibitor. These can be requested, confirmed, and/or denied by both you and the exhibitor, allowing you to make the most of your time at the event. 

Maximising your value at the event

As an Event Organiser, your schedule at the event is yours to control. However, we encourage all attendees to spend some time on the event platform in the weeks leading up to make the most of your time on the show floor. 

For the best experience, we recommend scheduling all your meetings for both the days by the scheduling deadline: 13 March. 

If you want to connect with key sports-focused destinations, hotels, venues, and other suppliers, now is the time to act. FAQs

When will I get access to the event platform?

Is there an app version available?

TEAMS Europe 2025 app will be launched closer to the show. All event organisers will receive an email with download links when the app is available for download.

Who can book meetings?

Meetings can be arranged by both event organisers and exhibitors.

Once logged in, you can:

  • Search exhibitors by name.

  • Filter exhibitors by product category and country of operation.

  • Request meetings directly with companies.

  • Use recommendations to refine your results.

  • View and block time off on your schedule. 

  • Connect and message exhibitors ahead of the show.

What are the meeting time slots, and how long is each meeting?

The meeting slots are on 19 March between 10:45 - 15:45 and on 20 March between 10:45 - 14:30. Each meeting slot is 15 minutes long.

How do I arrange a meeting?

You can request appointments with all exhibitors at the show. From the "Exhibitor List" tab in ExpoPlatform, find an exhibitor you want to meet with, click on the calendar icon below their name, choose an available day and time, and click submit. The exhibitor can then review the appointment and approve or decline it.

Do I need to connect or message an exhibitor first before I send a meeting request?

No, you don’t. You can go through the exhibitor list, identify the companies you’d like to meet and request an appointment. They can then decide to accept or decline the meeting.

Can a meeting location be changed?

No, appointments can only be arranged to take place on the exhibitor's table.

Is there a deadline to booking meetings? 

Yes, the diaries will officially close on 13 March. 

What does this mean? 

We ask all attendees to fill their meeting slots by 13 March to ensure every event organiser completes their recommended number of meetings. If your schedule isn’t fully booked by the deadline, our team will step in to review any empty slots and fill them with meetings. These will be assigned based on your stated preferences and the availability of exhibitors. To avoid this and ensure you meet all your preferred exhibitors, we strongly recommend requesting your meetings as soon as possible.

Do meeting requests expire? 

No, meeting requests will remain in your schedule until they are confirmed or cancelled by you or the exhibitor. You will only get notified if a meeting is confirmed or cancelled. You can tell which meetings are still pending in your schedule, they’ll appear in yellow.

Is there a limit to the number of requests I can make?

No, you can make as many requests as you like. Please note; both you and the exhibitor must have availability in your schedules in order for the request to go through.

How do you filter the exhibitor list?

Under the “Exhibitor List" tab on the main menu at the top, you’ll see all the visible exhibitors that are on the event platform. On the left-hand side, you will be able to filter the list by countries of operation and product categories.

Can you export a list view of exhibitors pre-show?

No, you cannot download data from the platform. Post-show, you will be able to export the data of exhibitors you had meetings with.

Can I export or download my schedule?

Yes, you are able to download it as an Excel file or a PDF.

Will exhibitors send marketing emails?

No. Exhibitors can only contact you via the messaging feature within our platform. These messages are sent individually (not in bulk) and will appear in your notifications when you log in.
